The two-day meeting of the Central Managing Committee of the Vishva Hindu Parishad concluded on 20 July 2026 at Terapanth Bhawan, Chhatarpur. Central office bearers and members of the managing committee from across the country participated in the meeting. After detailed deliberation on contemporary national and social issues, the following important resolutions were passed.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦
At the meeting, emphasis was placed on protecting and strengthening the family system, which is the fundamental strength of Bharatiya society. The resolution stated that the Indian family system has, for centuries, kept society cultured, organized, and bound by a sense of mutual affection. It further stated that the challenges of the present time require serious solutions at both the societal and governmental levels. According to the resolution, certain judicial decisions have adversely affected the traditional strong family system, such as the recognition of extramarital relationships, the granting of legal status to live-in relationships, and the recognition of homosexuality. It called for comprehensive discussions on these issues so that laws may be enacted to prevent harm to the family institution.
The Parishad also decided to launch a broad public awareness campaign for family education and the preservation of family values.

Deep concern was expressed over the disappearance of, and the failure to make public, the report of the commission constituted to investigate the brutal murder of the Pujya Swami Lakshmananand Saraswati Ji in Kandhamal (Odisha). The Central Management Committee demanded that a fair and impartial investigation of the entire case be ensured by the CBI. The Parishad stated that bringing the truth to light on this matter of national importance is essential for justice and public confidence. It also called for a complete ban on religious conversions in Odisha.
𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟔𝟓𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐬 𝐣𝐢
A special statement was passed on the occasion of the 650th birth anniversary of Sant Shiromani Guru Ravidas ji. The Parishad stated that the messages of social harmony, equality, spiritual consciousness, and human dignity given by Sant Ravidas ji remain a source of inspiration for the entire Indian society even today.
The Parishad resolves to reach every section of society with his message by organizing various programs across the country.

On 27 September 2026, the birth anniversary of Ashok Singhal Ji, the chief architect of the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Movement, will be observed. The meeting resolved that, throughout the year, his unparalleled contributions to Hindu society would be highlighted and brought before the public. During his birth centenary year, the Vishva Hindu Parishad will place special emphasis on organizational expansion.
Ashok Singhal Ji provided strong leadership to the Ram Mandir movement, led campaigns for Hindu awakening, and promoted social harmony. The Parishad will further strengthen efforts for cow protection and the promotion of cow-based agriculture. Vedic schools will be developed as centres for the revival of Bharat’s ancient knowledge tradition. Ashok Singhal Ji established the Vishva Hindu Parishad as a strong and influential organization. His visionary ideas and tireless efforts infused Hindu society with a renewed sense of awareness and purpose.
The meeting also resolved to build a network of one crore (10 million) well-wishers and supporters.
The meeting concluded with a firm resolve to unite Hindu society, safeguard Sanatan values, and play an active role in initiatives that serve the national interest.
